Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, and digital outreach.
Generate qualified leads and convert them into business opportunities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
Understand customer requirements and coordinate with technical teams to propose suitable solutions.
Prepare and present business proposals, quotations, and presentations.
Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitors, and potential customers.
Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in CRM tools.
Participate in exhibitions, seminars, and networking events to promote company services.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and customer satisfaction.
