job responsibilities :
- develop and execute a strategic plan to set and achieve sales targets and expand the company's b2b database.
- make inbound and outbound customer calls and convert them into sales, achieve monthly & quarterly sales targets, and assist in capturing, managing, engaging and nurturing leads into customers.
- responsible for college tie-ups and preparing an agreement.
- approach colleges, including government degree colleges, private colleges, standalone institutes, and post-graduate research institutions.
- plan, promote and execute seminars in the colleges
- responsible for students enrollment
- payment collection and follow up from the clients
- handle all incoming customer queries on our data science courses, act as a consultant, and guide prospects in their purchase decisions for data science courses.
- building relationships with key stakeholders such as counselors, marketing managers, marketing heads, chairmen, deans, and admission directors, regularly engaging them, pitching, selling and revenue growth.
job requirements :
- masters degree in business administration (mba) or . with mba
- proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role, with a track record of achieving targets and generating revenues in ed-tech
- minimum 2 years of proven & relevant sales experience in ed-tech.
- candidate with exceptional personality and go-getter attitude required.
- excellent communication in english - both written and oral, excellent email, video chat and video demo capabilities for best of sales over digital means.
