Role Overview

We are hiring a Business Development & Lead Conversion Intern who will generate leads online, initiate conversations with prospects, and convert them into paying clients.

This is a 100% commission-based performance role suited for individuals who want to earn based on results and gain real sales experience.

Key Responsibilities

Generate qualified leads through LinkedIn, Instagram, WhatsApp, email outreach, and other digital platforms

Initiate contact with potential clients via calls and messages

Clearly explain Davionlabs services and value proposition

Follow up consistently with interested prospects

Convert leads into paying clients

Maintain basic lead tracking records using Google Sheets or CRM

Compensation Structure

20% commission on every successfully converted client

No earning cap

Commission paid after client payment confirmation

Example:

If a client project value is 40,000, the commission earned will be 8,000. Higher deal values result in higher earnings.
