We develop high-performance websites, CRM systems, automation tools, and lead generation pipelines that help businesses increase revenue and operational efficiency.Role OverviewWe are hiring a Business Development & Lead Conversion Intern who will generate leads online, initiate conversations with prospects, and convert them into paying clients.This is a 100% commission-based performance role suited for individuals who want to earn based on results and gain real sales experience.Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate qualified leads through LinkedIn, Instagram, WhatsApp, email outreach, and other digital platformsInitiate contact with potential clients via calls and messagesClearly explain Davionlabs services and value propositionFollow up consistently with interested prospectsConvert leads into paying clientsMaintain basic lead tracking records using Google Sheets or CRMCompensation Structure20% commission on every successfully converted clientNo earning capCommission paid after client payment confirmationExample:If a client project value is 40,000, the commission earned will be 8,000.
