Responsibilities
· Bidding on Upwork to secure new projects and clients for the company.
· Developing and maintaining client relationships through effective communication.
· Understanding client requirements and preparing proposals and presentations.
· Collaborating with the technical team to create accurate project estimates.
· Negotiating contracts and terms with clients to achieve mutually beneficial agreements.
· Ensuring timely delivery of projects and meeting client expectations.
· Keeping up to date with industry trends and market demands.
· Strategizing and implementing business development initiatives to expand the client base.
Required Skills: Upwork bidding, Client acquisition, Proposal preparation, Negotiation, Client relationship management.
