Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Generate new leads through online research, cold calling, and outreach activities

Schedule and manage appointments with potential clients

Present company services and solutions clearly to prospects

Maintain strong client relationships and follow up regularly

Understand client needs and coordinate with internal teams

Achieve monthly lead generation and meeting targets

Maintain records of calls, meetings, and pipeline updates

Support the sales team in closing deals

Required Skills

Good communication and presentation skills

Strong lead generation and cold calling ability

Excellent client relationship management

Basic understanding of IT services (added advantage)

Problem-solving and active listening skills

Ability to work independently and meet targets
