Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager (ATM e Surveillance), located in Chennai. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, channel Sales business partners, building and maintaining client relationships, understanding client needs, and providing tailored solutions. Additionally, they will be responsible for market research, sales strategies, and achieving sales targets. The role involves frequent client meetings, presentations, and coordination with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and successful project delivery.

Strong business development and sales skills
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to build and maintain client relationships
Experience in market research and sales strategy development
Knowledge of ATM e Surveillance systems and solutions
Proven track record in achieving sales targets
Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or related field
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Experience in the tech industry is a plus
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
