responsibilities:

lead identification: research and identify potential leads through online research, industry-specific databases, social media, and other channels.

outreach: initiate and maintain contact with leads through various communication channels, including email, phone calls, social media, and networking events.

lead qualification: assess the quality and suitability of leads by gathering relevant information and understanding their needs, budget, and timeline.

lead nurturing: develop and implement lead nurturing strategies to keep potential clients engaged and interested in our products/services.

data management: maintain accurate and up-to-date lead databases and records using crm software or other tools.

collaboration: collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align lead generation efforts with overall business goals and strategies.

reporting: provide regular reports and updates on lead generation activities, including key metrics and insights to help refine and improve lead generation strategies.

continuous learning: stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to lead generation.

requirements:

bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field preferred.

proven experience in lead generation or sales development, preferably in the [industry/sector] field.

strong understanding of lead generation techniques and tools.

excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

proficiency in crm software and other lead management tools.

results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding lead generation targets.

ability to work independently and as part of a team.
