we are seeking a driven business development executive responsible for generating leads, onboarding clients, maintaining relationships and contributing to revenue growth. you will play a key role in expanding our presence by offering innovative payment gateway solutions to businesses across diverse sectors.

💡 key responsibilities

✔ lead generation via research, networking & outreach

✔ present and promote payment gateway services to potential clients

✔ develop & execute sales strategies to meet targets

✔ build and maintain strong client relationships for retention & satisfaction

✔ coordinate with internal teams for seamless onboarding

✔ analyze market trends & competition to identify growth opportunities

✔ prepare & share weekly/monthly sales reports

🎓 desired skills & qualifications

🔹 bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related field

🔹 0–2 years experience in sales / lead generation / business development / bpo sales / payment gateway preferred

🔹 strong communication, negotiation & interpersonal skills

🔹 ability to understand technical concepts & explain them to clients

🔹 self-motivated, target-oriented & adaptive

🔹 familiarity with crm & ms office tools
