🔍 About the Role

We are seeking a driven Business Development Executive responsible for generating leads, onboarding clients, maintaining relationships and contributing to revenue growth. You will play a key role in expanding our presence by offering innovative payment gateway solutions to businesses across diverse sectors.

💡 Key Responsibilities

✔ Lead generation via research, networking & outreach

✔ Present and promote payment gateway services to potential clients

✔ Develop & execute sales strategies to meet targets

✔ Build and maintain strong client relationships for retention & satisfaction

✔ Coordinate with internal teams for seamless onboarding

✔ Analyze market trends & competition to identify growth opportunities

✔ Prepare & share weekly/monthly sales reports

🎓 Desired Skills & Qualifications

🔹 Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related field

🔹 0–2 years experience in Sales / Lead Generation / Business Development / BPO Sales / Payment Gateway preferred

🔹 Strong communication, negotiation & interpersonal skills

🔹 Ability to understand technical concepts & explain them to clients

🔹 Self-motivated, Target-oriented & Adaptive

🔹 Familiarity with CRM & MS Office tools
