We are seeking a high-energy Business Development Executive to join our sales team. Your primary goal will be to drive property sales by identifying potential buyers, conducting site visits, and closing deals for our premium plotted development projects across Bangalore.
2. Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation: Proactively reach out to potential customers through cold calling, networking, and digital leads.
Site Visits: Schedule and conduct site visits for clients, explaining the project highlights, amenities, and investment potential.
Sales Conversion: Handle negotiations and guide clients through the booking and documentation process.
Market Research: Stay updated on real estate trends in Bangalore (especially North and South Bangalore plots) and competitor activities.
Relationship Management: Maintain long-term relationships with existing clients to encourage referrals and repeat business.
3. Required Skills & Qualifications
Education: 12th Pass / Graduate (Any discipline).
Languages: Fluency in Kannada and English is often mandatory. Proficiency in Telugu, Tamil, or Hindi is a major plus.
Communication: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to sell the dream of land ownership.
Tools: Basic knowledge of MS Excel and CRM software.
