Key Responsibilities :

* Train, operate, support and testing of ERP software with customer team at customers office.

* Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs.

* Interface with the customers/users to train and create an understanding of our software product.

* Identify client needs and suggest appropriate products/services

* Work at customer site for day to day software implementation, support and operational tasks.

* Customize product solutions to increase customer satisfaction

* Be the main point of customer contact and troubleshooting

* Build long-term trusting relationships with clients

* Proactively Identify and handle change requests

* Clearly communicate with client
