Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated and result-driven Business Development Executive responsible for generating new interior design project orders through field networking, partnerships, and client acquisition activities. The role is focused on expanding business opportunities and building long-term referral channels.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and generate new leads for residential and commercial interior projects.

- Build and maintain relationships with architects, builders, real estate brokers, property consultants, and contractors.

- Conduct field visits to residential societies, commercial spaces, and project sites to identify opportunities.

- Develop referral networks and partnership channels to bring consistent business.

- Arrange client meetings and present House of Teaks interior solutions.

- Coordinate with the design and sales teams for proposals and project discussions.

- Follow up with prospects and assist in converting leads into confirmed projects.

- Maintain records of leads, meetings, and ongoing opportunities.

- Achieve monthly business development and order acquisition targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 14 years of experience in business development, sales, or interiors/real estate industry.

- Strong networking and interpersonal communication skills.

- Comfortable with field work and client meetings.

- Self-driven, target-oriented, and proactive attitude.

- Basic understanding of interior design, furniture, or construction industry preferred.

Compensation

- Salary: 20,000 35,000 per month (based on experience)
