we are seeking a results-driven business developer to expand our client base, generate leads, and drive revenue growth in the construction industry. the ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of construction services, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in sales or business development.

key responsibilities:

lead generation & sales: identify and secure new business opportunities by reaching out to developers, contractors, architects, and other stakeholders in the construction industry.

client relationship management: build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and potential clients.

market research & strategy: analyze market trends, competitor activities, and client needs to develop effective business strategies.

tender & bidding management: identify relevant tenders, prepare proposals, and coordinate the bidding process to secure projects.

networking & partnerships: attend industry events, trade shows, and networking events to generate leads and partnerships.

collaboration with internal teams: work closely with project managers, engineers, and other departments to ensure client requirements are met.

revenue & target achievement: meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the companys revenue growth.

qualifications & skills:

education: bachelors degree in business administration, civil engineering, marketing, or a related field.

experience: minimum [3] years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role within the construction industry.

industry knowledge: strong understanding of construction services, materials, and project execution.

communication & negotiation: excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

analytical skills: ability to conduct market research and analyze data to identify business opportunities.

tech-savvy: proficiency in crm software, ms office, and digital marketing tools is a plus.
