Job Description

We are looking for a Business Development Executive to join our team in Sector 63. The ideal candidate will help us grow our business by identifying new opportunities and developing strong relationships with clients.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Lead Generation:** Actively search for potential clients through various channels, such as social media, networking events, and cold calling to build a pipeline of opportunities.

- **Client Meetings:** Schedule and conduct meetings with prospective clients to understand their needs and present our services that can fulfill those needs.

- **Proposal Creation:** Prepare detailed proposals and presentations tailored to the specific requirements of clients to convince them of our offerings.

- **Market Research:** Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead in the industry.

- **Collaboration:** Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to align strategies and ensure consistent messaging in all communications with potential clients.

- **Follow-Up:** Maintain regular communication with prospects to follow up on proposals and nurture relationships until agreements are finalized.

**Required Skills and Expectations:**

- Candidates should have at least 1-3 years of experience in business development or sales.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for building relationships with clients.

- An understanding of basic business principles and market dynamics will be helpful.

- Proficiency in using CRM software and basic Microsoft Office tools is expected.
