Job Description

As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for generating new business leads through various channels such as cold calling, networking, and client referrals. You will be required to identify potential clients, understand their needs, and pitch our products or services to them effectively.

Key responsibilities include prospecting and qualifying leads, developing and maintaining strong client relationships, negotiating and closing deals, and achieving sales targets. You will also be expected to stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to develop effective sales strategies.

The ideal candidate should have 1-2 years of experience in sales or business development, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets. A graduate degree is required for this role. Excellent communication and negotiation skills, strong business acumen, and the ability to work independently are essential for success in this position. A proactive and results-driven approach, along with a willingness to learn and adapt to a fast-paced environment, are also important qualities we are looking for in our Business Development Executive.
