We are Hiring smart, dynamic & experienced female candidates only for the position of Business

Development Executive to execute and coordinate the marketing strategy, policy & ethics in the market. An ideal

female candidate applying for the above post must perform the following:

Responsibilities:

- Shouldsupportthehiringmanagerinhiringdifferentmarketingprofessionals like ASM, DSM,Sales Executives,

etc, through various job portals as per the requirement and vacancy of the company.

- Should effectively coordinate them in the field to create potential leads and subsequent closings.

- Looking after their respective area of operations regarding business development and revenue generation.

- Helping the HR Manager to plan and implement strategies in accordance with the companys policy.

- Developing quotes & proposals for clients.

- Developing goals for the sales team with business growth & to ensure that they are met.

- Training personnel & helping team members to develop their skills.

- Having own laptop is mandatory.

Criteria of candidates required for Business Development Executive

- Candidates with masters degree in technical education like Business, Marketing or MBA.

- Experience required at least 2-5 years with administrative and marketing knowledge.

- Representative skill with communication potential.

- Excellent Organizational skill with leadership quality is must.

- Should have in house marketing knowledge with convincing skills.

- Mode of selection face to-face interview.
