development executive to execute and coordinate the marketing strategy, policy & ethics in the market. an ideal

female candidate applying for the above post must perform the following:

responsibilities:

- shouldsupportthehiringmanagerinhiringdifferentmarketingprofessionals like asm, dsm,sales executives,

etc, through various job portals as per the requirement and vacancy of the company.

- should effectively coordinate them in the field to create potential leads and subsequent closings.

- looking after their respective area of operations regarding business development and revenue generation.

- helping the hr manager to plan and implement strategies in accordance with the company’s policy.

- developing quotes & proposals for clients.

- developing goals for the sales team with business growth & to ensure that they are met.

- training personnel & helping team members to develop their skills.

- having own laptop is mandatory.

criteria of candidates required for business development executive

- candidates with master’s degree in technical education like business, marketing or mba.

- experience required at least 2-5 years with administrative and marketing knowledge.

- representative skill with communication potential.

- excellent organizational skill with leadership quality is must.

- should have in house marketing knowledge with convincing skills.
