we are seeking a highly motivated and result-oriented cold calling executive to manage and generate leads from multiple online business portals such as indiamart, export india, justdial, and others. the ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills in english and hindi, be capable of handling export-related inquiries, and support online promotional activities to enhance visibility and lead generation.
key responsibilities:
conduct cold calling to prospective clients from given databases and business portals.
manage and respond promptly to leads/inquiries received from portals like indiamart, export india, justdial, etc.
generate qualified leads, follow up effectively, and convert them into business opportunities.
handle domestic as well as international/export inquiries with professionalism.
maintain and update lead databases and ensure proper documentation of client interactions.
collaborate with sales and marketing teams to execute online promotional campaigns on websites and portals.
assist in preparing proposals, quotations, and follow-ups with clients.
achieve assigned targets in terms of lead generation and conversions.
requirements:
proven experience in cold calling, telesales, or business development.
hands-on experience with business portals (indiamart, export india, justdial, etc).
strong verbal and written communication skills in english and hindi.
knowledge of handling export inquiries and understanding of international trade practices is an added advantage.
basic understanding of online promotions and marketing activities.
proficiency in ms office and crm tools.
self-motivated, target-driven, and good at multitasking.
education & experience:
bachelors degree (preferred) in business, marketing, or related field.
minimum 13 years of experience in sales, cold calling, or portal management.
