Job Description

As a Business Development Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving the company’s growth by creating new business opportunities and building strong relationships with clients.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Lead Generation:** Identify and reach out to potential clients through various channels, ensuring a steady flow of leads for the company.

- **Market Research:** Analyze industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for improving business strategies and gaining competitive advantage.

- **Client Meetings:** Schedule and conduct meetings with potential clients to understand their needs and present tailored solutions that align with our offerings.

- **Proposal Development:** Prepare and deliver compelling proposals and presentations to prospective clients to effectively communicate our value proposition.

- **Relationship Management:** Maintain and nurture relationships with existing clients to promote repeat business and referrals, thereby increasing client loyalty.

- **Sales Reporting:** Track and report on sales metrics, providing insights into performance and areas for improvement to the management team.

**Required Skills and Expectations:**

You should have a professional degree and 1 to 3 years of experience in business development or sales. Strong communication skills are essential, along with good negotiation abilities. A proactive approach to problem-solving and a passion for sales will help you thrive in this role. Familiarity with CRM software and a basic understanding of market dynamics are also expected. A strong team player, you should be able to work collaboratively while managing your own tasks effectively in a dynamic environment.
