role overview:

handle outbound/inbound calls for us healthcare services (medicare, dme, genetic testing)

generate & convert leads, maintain client records in crm

provide consultative support & drive business growth

meet sales targets & qualify for monthly incentives

requirements:

min. 6 months experience in us healthcare (medicare/dme/genetics)

excellent english communication skills

prior experience in international bpo (voice process) preferred

strong sales, customer service & crm handling skills
