Responsibilities:
€¢ Identify and target potential clients within the IT industry through market research and networking.
€¢ Develop and execute a comprehensive bidding strategy to secure new projects and contracts.
€¢ Prepare persuasive and competitive bids, proposals, and tender responses in collaboration with technical and delivery teams.
€¢ Ensure compliance with client requirements and industry standards in all bidding documents.
€¢ Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands to identify new business opportunities.
€¢ Manage the end-to-end sales process, from lead generation to deal closure.
€¢ Maintain a robust sales pipeline and provide regular updates on sales activities and progress.
€¢ Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Qualifications:
€¢ Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
€¢ Strong understanding of bidding processes.
€¢ Excellent communication and presentation skills.
€¢ Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with clients and internal teams.
