Job Description

• to achieve personal sales targets, including call rates, lead generation, and contract sales.

• to contribute towards the delivery of the team and organisational sales targets.

• to sell gas and electricity supply contracts, to customers ensuring required key performance indicators (kpi’s) are achieved.

• to lead the generation and appointment arranging for field sales.

• to gain information from interaction with customers to improve and help define sales approach.

• accurate and timely update of internal systems.

• ensuring accurate customer take-on according to process.

• adherence to sales limits of authority and other internal process and risk frameworks.

• where appropriate, ensure that contract disputes are resolved in a timely manner.

outcome, results and key performance indicators:

• achievement of budgeted sales as per personal targets, including number of sales, number of calls and number of quotes.

• lead generation and appointment setting for the field sales team.

• to develop pipeline and referral opportunities for future sales.

• to maximize sales revenue.
