Vacancy for Business Development Associate (BDA)

Eligibility:

- Gender: Only Males

- Age upto 18 to 27

- Graduation OR Diploma after 12 only

- Minimum 50% is required in academic at every level.

That is 50% in school and 50% in Graduation.

- Candidate should have good communication skills.

- Experience 0-2 years only.

- Candidate should have own laptop or computer with web camera.

Roles and responsibilities:

- You should be able to do office and field work.

- Daily 2 hours you have to do calling to the customers.

- Per month you have to give 15 demos on zoom meeting.

- Per month you have to sell 2 products of /-

- 5 working days (Wed to Sunday) Monday and Tuesday fixed off (3 days candidate have to do cold calling from office and 2 days you have to do home demonstration)

- Salary 10Lakhs per annum (7Lakhs fix and 3 Lakhs variable)
