We are looking for a motivated Business Development Associate to help us expand our client base and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 5 years of experience in sales or business development and must be a graduate. This remote position is based in Mohali, India.
Key Responsibilities:
1. **Lead Generation**: Actively research and identify potential clients through various channels, building a strong pipeline of leads.
2. **Client Outreach**: Reach out to prospects through emails and cold calls, effectively communicating our value proposition to initiate relationships.
3. **Market Research**: Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and inform our business strategies.
4. **Proposal Development**: Assist in creating compelling proposals and presentations tailored to meet client needs and showcase our solutions.
5. **Relationship Management**: Maintain and nurture relationships with existing clients, ensuring their needs are met and seeking opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
6. **Reporting**: Track and record sales activities, providing regular updates and reports on progress towards targets to the management team.
