Key Responsibilities:
✅ Identify and generate leads for corporate training, learning solutions, and digital transformation services.
✅ Conduct market research to target key industries (BFSI, IT/ITeS, Manufacturing, etc.) for NIIT offerings.
✅ Build strong relationships with potential clients through cold calling, emails, networking, and industry events.
✅ Understand client requirements, provide product demonstrations, and develop customized proposals.
✅ Coordinate with internal teams (Solutions, Delivery, Marketing) to create winning pitches.
✅ Achieve and exceed assigned revenue targets and KPIs.
✅ Maintain CRM data, reports, and dashboards for pipeline visibility and forecasting.
✅ Stay updated on industry trends and NIIT’s solutions to position the company effectively.
Qualifications & Skills:
🎓 Bachelor’s Degree (Preferred: Business, Marketing, or IT-related fields)
🌟 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
🌟 Strong problem-solving and negotiation abilities
🌟 Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
🌟 Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools (., Salesforce, Zoho CRM)
