key responsibilities:
✅ identify and generate leads for corporate training, learning solutions, and digital transformation services.
✅ conduct market research to target key industries (bfsi, it/ites, manufacturing, etc.) for niit offerings.
✅ build strong relationships with potential clients through cold calling, emails, networking, and industry events.
✅ understand client requirements, provide product demonstrations, and develop customized proposals.
✅ coordinate with internal teams (solutions, delivery, marketing) to create winning pitches.
✅ achieve and exceed assigned revenue targets and kpis.
✅ maintain crm data, reports, and dashboards for pipeline visibility and forecasting.
✅ stay updated on industry trends and niit’s solutions to position the company effectively.
