Key Responsibilities: Identify and generate leads for corporate training, learning solutions, and digital transformation services. Conduct market research to target key industries (BFSI, IT/ITeS, Manufacturing, etc.) for NIIT offerings. Build strong relationships with potential clients through cold calling, emails, networking, and industry events. Understand client requirements, provide product demonstrations, and develop customized proposals. Coordinate with internal teams (Solutions, Delivery, Marketing) to create winning pitches. Achieve and exceed assigned revenue targets and KPIs. Maintain CRM data, reports, and dashboards for pipeline visibility and forecasting. Stay updated on industry trends and NIITs solutions to position the company effectively.Qualifications & Skills: Bachelors Degree (Preferred: Business, Marketing, or IT-related fields) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong problem-solving and negotiation abilities Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho CRM) Passion for learning and understanding emerging technologies
