Designation- Business Development Associate (BDA)
Working Days- Monday to Friday (Work from Office)
Shift Timing- 7:00 to 4:00 (Nightshift)
Roles & Responsibilities
We are looking for sales professionals open to working for the US market (No Field Visit).
Responsible for sales and marketing activities for the company.
Reaching out, prospecting, presenting, negotiation & closing, C- Level executive and business owners.
Should be good in handling objections & strong call and email follow-ups.
Researching and Analysing client's organizations and their online business to identify opportunities.
Creating digital marketing plans and suggesting them to clients.
Creating sales strategy, pipeline, forecasting monthly sales and achieving the same.
Required Candidate Profile
Persuasive and Goal-Oriented.
Experienced in digital marketing sales in the US Market.
Comfortable making calls and talking to the US.
Possesses an energetic, outgoing, and friendly demeanour.
Eager to expand the company with new sales, clients, and territories.
Self-motivated and Self-Directed.
Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
Tenacity to handle rejection and continue with a positive attitude when reaching the next potential client.
Knowledge of sales process from initiation to close.
Previous experience in the outbound call centre, inside sales experience, or related sales experience preferred.
