what youll do:

- identify potential clients, generate leads, and build a strong sales pipeline.

- engage with prospects via calls, emails, and in-person meetings to understand their needs.

- pitch our it consulting services effectively, showcasing our value proposition.

- bid on projects on platforms like upwork and freelancer to secure new business opportunities.

- negotiate contracts and close deals confidently.

- stay updated with market trends, competitors, and emerging technologies.

- collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project transitions and client satisfaction.

what you need to succeed:

- 6 months 1 year of experience in business development, sales, or lead generation (preferably in it consulting/services).

- education: bca, mca, , . (computer science or related fields).

- excellent communication, writing, and persuasion skills.

- strong networking ability and a passion for building client relationships.

- a results-driven mindset with a knack for turning maybes into yes!

- basic understanding of it solutions and consulting services.

- experience in bidding on upwork, freelancer, or similar platforms is a plus.

- experience with tools like linkedin sales navigator is a plus.
