Job Responsibilities: - Develop, customize, and maintain WordPress websites based on client requirements. - Work with themes and plugins to create visually appealing and functional websites. - Ensure website responsiveness, speed optimization, and performance improvements. - Implement SEO best practices in WordPress websites. - Troubleshoot and debug WordPress-related issues, including theme and plugin conflicts. - Collaborate with designers, developers, and content teams to deliver high-quality projects. - Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in WordPress development. Required Skills & Qualifications: - 6 months to 2 years of experience in WordPress development. - Proficiency in WordPress, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP. - Experience with page builders like Elementor, WPBakery, or Gutenberg. - Familiarity with WooCommerce, ACF (Advanced Custom Fields), and Custom Post Types. - Basic knowledge of MySQL and database management. - Understanding of SEO principles and website optimization techniques. - Experience with Git/version control is a plus. - Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - Strong communication and teamwork skills. Nice-to-Have Skills: - Experience with REST API integration. - Familiarity with website security best practices. - Knowledge of server and hosting environments (cPanel, FTP, etc.). - Experience with JavaScript frameworks like React or Vue.js (a plus).
