HAKI is a fast-growing, culture-first fizzy drink brand looking for a proactive Business Development Associate to help drive growth and open new doors.
What Youll Do:
Research accounts & identify key decision-makers
Lead first-level outreach via calls, emails, WhatsApp & in-person visits
Set up meetings for founders/senior team & manage follow-ups
Maintain a simple, clean lead pipeline
Share on-ground market insights (buyer objections, pricing signals, competitors)
Support pilot launches & early partnerships
What Were Looking For:
12 years in sales/business development/partnerships
Clear, confident & persuasive communicator
Comfortable speaking with senior stakeholders
Proactive mindset you create leads, you dont wait for them
Willing to step out and hustle on-ground
