As a BPO Telecaller, you will be responsible for engaging with customers over the phone to provide information, answer queries, and assist with their needs. This is a full-time remote position based in Noida, suitable for candidates with minimal experience.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Customer Interaction:** Make outbound calls to customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions, ensuring a positive experience.

- **Product Knowledge:** Gain a thorough understanding of the products or services offered to effectively communicate their benefits and handle inquiries.

- **Lead Generation:** Identify potential customers and collect relevant information that can help in converting leads into sales.
