Job Title: BPO Executive

Location: Jubilee Hills Employment Type : Full-time

Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Conduct high-volume outbound calls to potential customers to promote and sell monthly & annual premium subscription.

2. Deliver engaging product demos, demonstrating how to create and share digital posters.

3. Guide users to download their first poster and encourage them to share it in their WhatsApp groups.

4. Effectively articulate the value proposition of the subscription, addressing customer needs and concerns.

5. Consistently meet or exceed sales targets, maintaining a high standard of customer interaction and engagement.

Requirements:

1. 2+ years of experience in a sales voice process, preferably selling digital products.

2. Proven track record of sales performance and ability to handle high call volumes.

3. Strong communication & persuasion skills to effectively engage with potential customers.

4. Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Shifts & Work Schedule:

Shift Timings: 10 AM - 7 PM (8+1 hours).

6-day workweek with rotational week off (1 off per week).

Compensation & Benefits:

Performance-based incentives & Overtime (conditional).
