Job Description

the budget for the profile is lakh max ctc , looking for immediate joining

any graduate with minimum 2 years’ experience in handling sales team from a insurance bpo domain

· the candidate must have handled minimum 15 to 20 seats

· the candidate should posses excellent communication in both hindi and english

· the candidate should be independent in driving the sales and manage client relationship and should be a good people leader

· the candidate should have thorough understanding of call centre metrics, concepts, dialers, crm etc

· the candidate should be good in building strategies, analytics and defining process

· the candidate should be well versed ms office and should have excellent presentation skills

· the candidate should be willing to take up challenges
