The Budget for the profile is 3.5 Lakh Max CTC , Looking for Immediate JoiningAny graduate with minimum 2 years experience in handling Sales team from a Insurance BPO Domain The candidate must have handled minimum 15 to 20 seats The candidate should posses Excellent communication in both Hindi and English The candidate should be independent in driving the sales and manage client relationship and should be a good people leader The candidate should have thorough understanding of Call centre metrics, concepts, dialers, CRM etc The candidate should be good in building strategies, analytics and defining process The candidate should be well versed MS office and should have excellent presentation skills The candidate should be willing to take up challenges The candidate should be able to build a team from scratch. The candidate should have a good understanding of Quality & Training The candidate should be good in Team Building
