- Key Responsibilities:

1. Data Entry: Inputting, updating, and maintaining data in the system accurately and efficiently.

- The Back Office Manager will be responsible for entering various types of data into the company's databases, ensuring all information is correct and up-to-date.

2. File Management: Organizing and maintaining electronic and physical files in a systematic manner.

- Keeping track of important documents, creating a filing system, and ensuring easy access to files when needed are crucial tasks for the Back Office Manager.

3. Communication: Coordinating with team members, clients, and vendors through email or phone.

- The Back Office Manager will be expected to communicate effectively with others to gather information, provide updates, and resolve any issues that may arise.

4. Administrative Support: Assisting in day-to-day office tasks such as scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and handling paperwork.

- Providing administrative support to the team by performing various office duties to ensure smooth operations.
