Requirement:

Job Responsibilities:

Initial Focus:

60% - Recruitment

40% - General HR responsibilities – From employee entry to exit including payroll

Ideal Candidate:

ï‚· Must have solution mindset with passion to solve customer and company problem areas

to bring efficiency and customer experience.

ï‚· Must have excellent communication to be able to manage the stakeholders.

ï‚· Must have hands-on experience in Retail / Distribution /E-Commerce platforms

ï‚· Must have hired and built high-performing teams

ï‚· Entrepreneurial mindset, comfortable with high growth and developing clarity from ambiguity.
