Job Description

Join our team as an Assistant Human Resource in Berhampur, India. As part of the HR department, you will support in recruitment, onboarding, training, and employee engagement initiatives. Your responsibilities include assisting in hiring processes, coordinating interviews, and maintaining employee records accurately.

You will also help in organizing training programs, updating HR policies, and handling employee queries. The ideal candidate should have a Post Graduate degree in HR or related field, excellent communication skills, and attention to detail. Experience in HR functions is preferred but not required for this entry-level role. We are looking for a team player who is proactive, organized, and eager to learn and grow in the HR field. This is a full-time position that requires working from the office.
