location: on-field (must own two-wheeler with valid license)

role overview:

we are looking for a self-driven and dynamic sales professional to join our team. the role involves identifying new business opportunities, meeting potential clients, and driving sales in the assigned territory. ideal candidates will come from the building materials or home interiors industry and have strong b2b or channel sales experience.

key responsibilities:

lead generation: identify and approach new sales prospects in the region.

client meetings: conduct in-person visits, presentations, and demos for new and existing clients.

sales achievement: meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets.

relationship management: build lasting client relationships to drive repeat and referral business.

market awareness: monitor competitor activity and market trends.

learning & development: stay updated through regular product and sales training.

reporting: maintain accurate sales data and submit timely reports.

qualifications & competencies:

bachelors degree in business, marketing, or related field

proficient with google drive, spreadsheets, and email communication

key traits:

self-motivated & proactive

good time management and organization

quick learner, adaptable to fast-paced environments

strong communication and decision-making skills

customer-first attitude

preferred industry background:

experience in any of the following industries is preferred:

architectural hardware

paints & coatings

laminates & veneers

sanitary-ware & bathroom fittings

tiles & surfaces

home appliances

other home interiors / building materials

note: we are not considering candidates from:

telesales

banking

insurance

steel industry

additional requirements:

must own a two-wheeler and have a valid driving license
