�� Monitor and sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for business
growth and improvement.
�� Prepare and present regular sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
�� Manage the budget for the area and optimize resource allocation to maximize
profitability.
�� Ensure that the sales team complies with all company policies, standards, and
procedures.
