We are looking for a dedicated Area Sales Manager to join our team in Sambhaji Nagar, Aurangabad. The ideal candidate will have 3 to 6 years of sales experience and hold a graduate degree.
Key Responsibilities:
1. **Sales Strategy Development**: Create and implement sales strategies to achieve targets in your assigned area, ensuring consistent growth and market expansion.
2. **Team Management**: Lead and motivate the sales team, providing training and guidance to enhance their performance and achieve sales objectives.
3. **Client Relationship Management**: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and ensuring their satisfaction with our products.
4. **Market Analysis**: Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and opportunities for growth, adjusting strategies accordingly.
5. **Sales Reporting**: Prepare regular reports on sales performance, analyzing data to inform decision-making and improve strategies.
