Manage Sales Officers & Sales Executives across the district.
Drive overall district-level sales, coverage & distribution targets.
Conduct client meetings & business development activities.
Monitor stock flow, area performance & distributor relationships.
Provide training & performance feedback to the team.
Achieve monthly & quarterly sales targets.
Candidate Requirements:
Minimum 12th Pass.
Minimum 3 years experience in FMCG Sales.
Must be from Food/FMCG Industry (Bakery preferred).
Proven experience in team management & distribution handling.
Strong market understanding & analytical ability.
Must be willing to travel extensively.
Immediate Joiner preferred.
