Manage Sales Officers & Sales Executives across the district.
€¢ Drive overall district-level sales, coverage & distribution targets.
€¢ Conduct client meetings & business development activities.
€¢ Monitor stock flow, area performance & distributor relationships.
€¢ Provide training & performance feedback to the team.
€¢ Achieve monthly & quarterly sales targets.
Candidate Requirements:
€¢ Minimum 12th Pass.
€¢ Minimum 3 years€™ experience in FMCG Sales.
€¢ Must be from Food/FMCG Industry (Bakery preferred).
€¢ Proven experience in team management & distribution handling.
€¢ Strong market understanding & analytical ability.
€¢ Must be willing to travel extensively.
€¢ Immediate Joiner preferred.
