Job Description

- Drive sales and revenue growth for rooftop solar solutions across the assigned territory, ensuring achievement of monthly and quarterly targets.

- Identify, onboard, and manage channel partners, installers, and dealers to strengthen market presence and expand distribution.

- Generate and convert leads from residential, commercial, and industrial customers through field visits, presentations, and solution-based selling.

- Conduct site assessments along with technical teams and provide customers with accurate proposals, pricing, and ROI-based recommendations.

- Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and policy updates to develop territory-specific sales strategies.

- Manage post-sales coordination, ensure timely installation, and maintain strong customer relationships to drive referrals and repeat business.
