Job Description

As an Area Sales Executive, your main responsibility will be to drive sales in the assigned area and build strong relationships with customers. You will be pivotal in ensuring customer satisfaction and achieving sales targets.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Sales Target Achievement**: Meet monthly and quarterly sales goals by effectively promoting products and services in your designated area. You will track your progress and strategize to improve performance.

- **Customer Relationship Management**: Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers. Regular communication and follow-ups will help strengthen these connections.

- **Market Research**: Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new sales opportunities. Staying informed about the market will allow you to adapt strategies and offerings accordingly.

- **Product Knowledge**: Stay well-informed about the products and services you are selling. You will need to provide detailed information to customers and answer any queries to help close sales.

- **Reporting**: Prepare regular sales reports highlighting performance metrics and customer feedback. This will help management assess progress and identify areas for improvement.

**Required Skills and Expectations:**

- Proven experience in sales, preferably in a similar role, with a track record of meeting sales targets.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with customers and team members.

- Ability to work independently while being part of a team, possessing motivation and a results-oriented approach.

- Basic computer skills for reporting and customer management.

- A proactive attitude and problem-solving skills to address challenges promptly.
