Key Responsibilities
Territory Expansion & Sales Growth: Drive primary and secondary sales volume across the assigned territory to meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Channel Partner Management: Appoint, onboard, and manage a robust network of distributors, dealers, wholesalers, or retail outlets. Ensure they maintain adequate inventory levels and adhere to company commercial policies.
Field Visits & Market Mapping: Conduct extensive daily field visits to meet existing partners, identify untapped counters, map competitor pricing, and track market share trends.
B2B Client Acquisition: Directly pitch products or solutions to local institutional clients, factories, contractors, or commercial buyers within the area.
Marketing & Promotional Execution: Coordinate local marketing activities, retail activations, dealer meets, and product demonstrations to boost brand visibility at the ground level.
Receivables & Collections: Monitor the financial health of the territory by tracking outstanding payments and ensuring timely credit clearance from channel partners.
Reporting & CRM Updates: Prepare daily sales reports (DSR), track order pipelines, and log market feedback into the company
