Interview For Air Ticketing Executive || 12th Pass - Freshers

Key Responsibilities:

1. **Ticket Sales**: Assist passengers with the purchase of airline tickets both at the ticket counter and over the phone, ensuring accurate processing of transactions.

2. **Customer Service**: Provide helpful and friendly assistance to travelers by answering questions, resolving issues, and giving travel information to ensure a pleasant experience.

3. **Flight Information**: Keep passengers updated on flight schedules, delays, and cancellations, and guide them through the boarding process to maintain smooth airport operations.

4. **Documentation Handling**: Process various travel documents, including passports and boarding passes, making sure all paperwork is accurate and complete.

5. **Cash Handling**: Manage cash transactions responsibly, ensuring safe handling of cash sales and proper system recording of ticket sales.
