Hiring Fresher / Air Ticketing Executive / 10th Pass

Key Responsibilities:

1. Ticket Booking and Reservation: Responsible for booking and issuing tickets for passengers as per their travel requirements.

2. Handling Customer Queries: Addressing customer inquiries related to flight schedules, fares, and other ticketing information.

3. Check-in Assistance: Assisting passengers with the check-in process at the airport counter.

4. Baggage Handling: Ensuring proper tagging and handling of passenger baggage.

5. Coordination with Airlines: Communicating with airline representatives to resolve ticketing issues and ensure smooth operations.
