Join our team as Airport Staff in Ayodhya Nagari, Nashik, where you will play a vital role in ensuring smooth airport operations and assisting y Responsibilities:nn- Customer Service: Greet and assist passengers, provide information about flights, terminals, and airport facilities, and address inquiries to enhance their travel - Check-in Assistance: Help passengers check in for their flights, manage baggage drop-off, and ensure that all procedures are followed for a seamless - Coordination: Work closely with airline staff and security personnel to ensure efficient operations, including boarding procedures and emergency - Safety Compliance: Follow safety guidelines and airport regulations to maintain a secure environment for passengers and - Problem Resolution: Identify and resolve any issues that may arise during the check-in or boarding processes, ensuring customer satisfaction and effective quired Skills and Expectations:nnCandidates should possess a minimum educational qualification of 12th grade. While experience is not mandatory, a background in customer service or related fields is preferred. Strong communication skills are essential to effectively interact with travelers and team members. A positive attitude and a focus on teamwork are important for success in this role. Candidates should be able to handle stressful situations calmly and demonstrate a commitment to providing excellent service in a fast-paced environment. This is a full-time office position, and successful candidates will be required to work from our airport location.
