We are looking for dedicated individuals to join our team as Airport Ground Staff in Jaipur. This full-time position is suitable for candidates with experience ranging from 0 to 5 years. A minimum education level of 12th pass is an Airport Ground Staff member, you will play a vital role in ensuring a smooth and efficient travel experience for passengers. nnKey Responsibilities include:nn- Passenger Assistance: Help passengers with check-in procedures, boarding, and luggage handling to ensure a comfortable travel - Check-in Services: Manage the check-in process, including issuing boarding passes, and addressing passenger inquiries or - Baggage Handling: Safely load and unload luggage, ensuring proper handling to prevent damage and assisting in tracking lost baggage when - Safety Compliance: Adhere to safety protocols and standards to ensure the well-being of passengers and succeed in this role, candidates should possess excellent communication skills to interact effectively with passengers and team members. Attention to detail is crucial for managing check-in and baggage processes accurately. A customer-oriented mindset will help in providing exceptional service during all interactions. Being able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment is important, as is a willingness to collaborate with colleagues for the best outcomes.
