Airline Supervisor Fresher

We are seeking an Airline Supervisor to manage daily operations at our Deoghar office. This role is ideal for freshers who have completed their 10th grade and are looking to start their career in the airline industry.

Key Responsibilities:

1. **Supervise Staff Activities**: Oversee the day-to-day tasks of airline employees, ensuring that customer service standards are met and maintained.

2. **Assist Passengers**: Help passengers with check-in procedures, boarding, and any travel-related queries, ensuring a smooth travel experience.

3. **Monitor Safety Protocols**: Ensure all safety and security regulations are followed by staff and passengers during operations.

4. **Coordinate with Other Departments**: Work closely with different airline departments, such as ground services and customer support, to facilitate efficient operations.

5. **Report Issues**: Identify any operational challenges and report them to higher management for prompt resolution.
