We are looking for a dedicated Airline Supervisor to oversee daily operations at our Siliguri office. The ideal candidate will ensure a smooth and efficient travel experience for passengers, contributing to the overall success of our airline.
Key Responsibilities:
- **Supervise Staff**: Manage and coordinate the work of airline staff, ensuring they follow company policies and provide excellent customer service.
- **Ensure Safety Regulations**: Monitor compliance with safety and security protocols, maintaining a safe environment for both passengers and staff.
- **Manage Operations**: Oversee various airline operations, such as check-in, boarding, and baggage handling, to guarantee timely departures and arrivals.
- **Handle Customer Issues**: Address any passenger complaints or issues efficiently and professionally, striving to resolve problems to ensure customer satisfaction.
- **Train New Employees**: Assist in onboarding and training new staff, providing them with guidance on procedures and company standards.
Required Skills and Expectations:
Candidates should have at least a 10th-grade education and be ready to work full-time in an office environment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential to interact effectively with both staff and passengers. A good understanding of airline operations and a commitment to providing excellent service are important. Additionally, candidates must be detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience is not required but is a plus.
