responsibilities:

assist passengers during check-in, boarding, and deplaning procedures.

load and unload luggage and other cargo to and from the aircraft.

handle passenger inquiries about flight schedules, travel routes, and other flight-related issues.

perform inspection of the aircraft before and after flights for safety.

ensure the aircraft is clean and tidy for the passengers.

provide first aid and support in case of emergencies.

coordinate and manage supplies of food and beverages for flights.

help passengers with special needs, like the elderly, children, or those with disabilities.

work with various aviation teams to ensure flight operations run smoothly.

manage and operate airport equipment and vehicles.

adhere to airport safety regulations and procedures.
